What is the shelf life of Momofuku Goods products?
Most of our pantry products, including our Chili Crunch and Soy & Scallion Noodles, have a shelf life of 12 to 18 months. Please check the 'best by' date printed on the individual packaging for specific details.
Are your products vegan or vegetarian friendly?
Many of our products, such as our Chili Crunch and several of our dried noodle varieties, are 100% plant-based. We recommend checking the ingredient list on each product page for specific dietary information.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Momofuku Goods ships to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring our pantry essentials to more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact our support team within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your noodles fried or air-dried?
Our noodles are never fried. They are air-dried for 18 hours to create a perfect texture that is better for you and tastes just like fresh noodles from our restaurants.
